Shipment Processing Time
I will process all orders within 7 days not including weekends or bank holidays. If for some reason I am unable to meet this timescale, I will let you know as soon as possible via the email address you provided on your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
I will ship all orders through Royal Mail 1st Class. The estimated delivery time will be 1-2 business days. The cost is worked out from the size of the package needed to send your item.
Shipping Confirmation
I will let you know via your supplied email once your order has been shipped.
Customer, Duties and Taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applies to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Tarrifs, taxes, etc).
Damages
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or drop me an email to see what I can do to help. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing your claim.
International Shipping Policy
When I ship outside of the UK - please refer to individual items in the shop for delivery costs.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason you would like to return your items, I will accept the return of undamaged good and refund in full (not including shipping costs). I am not responsible for any return delivery costs. Refunds will be paid within 24 hours of receipt of returned items.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email me with the details of your request. I will refund or invoice the difference and process the order as soon as any funds owed to me (if applicable) have been received.
